+ WHO’S MIAOW MIAOW? +

Miaow Miaow was formed in June 2006 by former members of Luxembourg’s underground bans like Actarus, Treasure Chest at the End of the Rainbow, Eyston, Mutiny on the bounty, Hal Flavin, Do Androids dream of electric sheep, etc.

It all started as a side-project, a fun project without obligations. The band began writing songs and shared the stage with bands like Modest Mouse, Sparta, Kaiser Chiefs, The Tellers, Keane, Dartz!, Last days of April, Shy Nobleman, Monochrome, Hitch. There was no big master plan, but during the following months, the side project turned into a real band.

In May 2007 they won Belgium’s puredemo contest (puredemo.be) with their single ‘Rio’ and won the first ever Musicaward in Luxembourg (’Best Alternative’) 2007.

!!! The band is willing to play as many concerts as possible and to promote their cd. They are looking aswell to distribute their debut album and find a label !!!
